20–30 hours/week
Love history, good conversation, and being the person who keeps things running smoothly? The Mill Paoli is looking for a friendly, take-charge leader to help manage our historic property and be a welcoming face for the guests who visit.
About the role:
This is a hands-on, part-time position that blends property management, bartending, and hospitality. You'll be the go-to person on site, making sure our guests, performers, and businesses have what they need for a great experience.
What you'll do
Serve as the on-site point person for The Mill Paoli property
Take a lead role at The Lazy Squirrel and My Tipsy Gypsy
Make sure our bands have everything they need
Keep the property owner in the loop on maintenance needs, issues, or concerns
Welcome guests, answer questions, and share the stories behind The Mill and Paoli
Step up and take charge when something needs handling
Who we're looking for:
A warm, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys talking with people
A natural storyteller who can make guests feel at home
Someone dependable, organized, and comfortable making decisions on the spot
Bartending experience preferred
Clear, proactive communicator
Availability for evenings, weekends, and event days
Must be 18+ (We’ll pay for your WI bartending license)
Bonus points if you're a history buff! Our visitors love hearing about the history of Paoli and The Mill, and we'd love someone excited to share it.

Looking for a fun, flexible part-time job in a one-of-a-kind setting? The Mill Paoli is hiring a friendly, outgoing team member to split time between bartending at The Lazy Squirrel and helping customers at My Tipsy Gypsy.
What you’ll do
Pour drinks, serve guests, and keep the bar clean and stocked at The Lazy Squirrel
Help shoppers, run the register, and keep the shop looking great at My Tipsy Gypsy
Restock, price, and display merchandise
Help with opening and closing duties
Create a warm, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door
Chat with visitors and share a little about The Mill and the village of Paoli
Who we’re looking for
A friendly, upbeat personality who enjoys talking with people
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your own or as part of a team
Bartending or retail experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
Availability for evenings, weekends, and event days
Must be 18+
An interest in local history is a bonus! Our guests love hearing the stories behind The Mill and Paoli.
