Small Gatherings

Picnic Table Reservations

Picnic tables that are not reserved are first come, first serve. Reservations are available for $15 per table, per hour (excluding special event days). A portion of your reservation fee will be donated to the Green County Humane Society, so you'll be supporting a great cause!

Parties of 20+

Planning a gathering for 20 or more? We'd love to help you celebrate! Please make a reservation so we can prepare for your group. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accommodate carry-in items. Call or text (608) 235-2771.

  • Consider an Intimate Saturday Morning Brunch! Start your happily ever after with a relaxed wedding near the picturesque Sugar River followed by a joyful brunch celebration. Let your guests unwind and enjoy our live music at The Mill Paoli after the festivities.

  • Rent a tent, tables, and chairs from our preferred vendors to create your custom dream wedding reception in a space overlooking the picturesque Sugar River.

  • Choose from a variety of local food trucks or select one of our preferred caterers to craft a customized menu for your guests.

  • For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we require that all alcoholic beverages served at your event be provided by The Mill Paoli and served by one of our licensed bartenders.

Sponsorship Opportunity

We're excited to offer your company a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community and boost your brand visibility this summer at the beautiful The Mill Paoli!

$450 Sponsorship

This covers performances Wednesday through Friday and Sunday morning. The band will recognize your company as the sole sponsor for these performances. Your company will also be listed as the co-host of the Facebook event.

$800 Sponsorship

This covers the prime performances on Saturday and Sunday. Your company will enjoy exclusive sponsorship recognition from the band during these peak times. Your company will also be listed as the co-host of the Facebook event.

  • The band will announce your company as the sole sponsor for the sponsored performance.

  • Bring your company banner, branded pop-up tent, and encourage your team to wear company shirts to maximize your presence and make it known that your company is there.

  • A handful of picnic tables will be reserved exclusively for you and your guests.

  • Enjoy 12 cocktail tickets from The Lazy Squirrel and 12 beer tickets from Hop Garden Tap Room with the $450 sponsorship.

VIP Bell Tents

Indulge in a one-of-a-kind VIP treatment at The Mill Paoli by renting one of the Glamping Lounges from campandglampadventures.com. Both Canvas Bell Tents are available by reservation only (Thursday 5-8pm, Friday 5-8pm, Saturday 1-4pm & 5-8pm, Sunday 10am-1pm & 2-5pm). Every bell tent experience includes a private tent for three hours. Customers are requested to consume only food and drink purchased on the premises. Coolers are also not permitted on property/inside tents.
